The Mad Stork
 Ted Hendrick has been considered one of the best linebackers to ever play, at 6-foot 7 inches tall the “Mad Stork” played 15 years in the NFL. Born in Guatemala he was a physics major at the University of Miami were he earned All-American honors before being drafted by the Baltimore Colts in the second round of the 1969 college draft. Intelligent and eccentric was named to 8 Pro Bowls and a total of 6 All-Pro teams. Still holds the record for most kicks blocked in a career – 25.
Played 1 season in Green Bay where he took All Pro Honors before being traded to the Raiders in 1975 where he spent 9 seasons winning 2 Super Bowls.
Retired in 1983, Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1990.
