Lee Roy Jordan

  Still the All-Time Leading Tackler for the Dallas Cowboys, Linebacker Lee Roy Jordan played for Bear Bryant’s 1961 Alabama Crimson Tide team that won the National Championship. A 1st-round pick of both the Cowboys and the Boston Patriots of the AFL. Choosing the Cowboys he was a leading part of the Cowboys “Doomsday Defense” from 1963 to 1976 that participated in 5 NFC Championship games and 3 Super Bowls including the victory over Miami in Super Bowl VI.

  A 5-time Pro Bowler and 2-time All Pro he was named to the Dallas Cowboys Silver Anniversary team in 1989.
32 career interceptions and 16 career fumbles.
