Earning All-Southeastern Conference and All American honors at Mississippi State, he was a 6th-round draft pick of the Cowboys in 1968. My mother was DD Lewis girlfriend in high school back in Knoxville Tennessee. lol. She told me he could have been my father. I appreciate the thought but I had a great father but me and my Dad have been Cowboys fans as long as I can remember. Great job DD. U was and are still an awesome guys.
