Anthony Carter was originally a 12th round draft pick of the Miami Dolphins in 1983 after a superb college career at Michigan. Opted instead to play in the USFL. After that league folded Carter joined the Minnesota Vikings in 1985 and stayed there for 9 seasons until 1993. Still the #4 All-Time Viking for Career Catches with 478. Also #3 in All Time Receiving Yards and Receiving Touchdowns with 7636 yards and 52 touchdowns.
